Reluv Return Policy

We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order. Our return policy is simple:

14 Days: All returns must be received within 14 days from shipment date. 

Return with Tags All items returned to us must be returned with Reluv tags attached. “New with Tags” items must be returned with original tags attached in addition to the Reluv tag. Items returned without tags will not be refunded. 

Store Credit:  If your items do not fit or you changed your mind, you will get back the full amount you paid, excluding shipping, in the form of a Reluv store credit. Also note that if you originally paid with store credits, your refund will be in the form of store credits no matter the reason for the return.  You must have a Reluv account to receive a store credit refund

Refund to Original Form of Payment:  If the items you received were incorrect, damaged, missing, or not as we described them, then you’ll get a refund to the original form of payment, (starting with any store credit you utilised) — including the cost of shipping! The shipping cost refunded is proportional to order size; for example, if the order is 4 items and you return 2, you will get back 50% of the shipping cost. 

Send It All Together:  While Reluv will accept all returns, we appreciate it when you group the items together in one shipment.  Please process all returns for one order together, since we cover your cost of shipping items back for incorrect or damaged items.  If you send more than one return parcel from a single order we will only refund shipping once.
