Buying

We only accept and sell clothes that are new with tags, like new or gently used. We do not accept or sell clothes with any form of damage or noticeable wear as outlined in our guidelines.

Reluv currently ships to locations within Australia and New Zealand only. If you’re trying to shop from another country please contact us and we will try to assist you.

We accept returns up to 14 days from the date of delivery. Clothes must be returned to Reluv in the same condition as purchased and with tags attached.Subject to their condition, Reluv will refund the items in full however we do not cover the cost of return shipping. For further information please see our Returns Policy

To notify us of a return please contact us before sending your item.

Selling / Consignment

It’s easy to earn some extra cash from your unused clothes. Simply purchase a Clean Out kit, fill it with your good quality used clothing, and return it to us . We will sort, assess and list your clothes. Once your items have sold, you earn in-store credit or cash for your clothes. Non-accepted items twill be donated to one of our charity partners.

Once we have received your items, they will be sorted and assessed.

For first time sellers you will receive an email invite to create an account in the Reluv Sellers portal. All items accepted will be listed in the seller portal. Items that we deem unsuitable for sale will be donated to one of our charity partners or if damaged/well worn, sent to textile recycling.

Please allow 8 weeks for processing of your items.

All items submitted for sale are carefully examined by our team according to our strict quality standards. Items that do not meet these standards cannot be accepted.Our strict quality standards are upheld to ensure we are selling top quality clothing to our customers. Items that are not accepted will be donated to one of our charity partners or sent to textile recycling. Please note we do not provide information on non accepted items.

No you don’t. Some people like it when we make it easier for them however you are welcome to use your own packaging and arrange your own shipping. If you choose this option you MUST include information inside your parcel with your contact details so we know who we are receiving the items from. Please ensure you read through our consignment terms and conditions, complete the consignment agreement form and adhere to our guidelines.

We love a recycled cardboard box or reused shipping mailer. Just ensure the box or bag is no bigger than 40 litres ( think an archive sized box 40cm x 30cm x 30cm ) and weighs no more than 10kg’s.

If you only have a few items it will be most cost effective for you to arrange your own shipping. Please select Cleanout Kit Only and we will post a Cleanout Kit to you. You will then need to pack your clothes and arrange shipping to Reluv. Alternatively you can use your own packaging and arrange shipping if that’s easier but you MUST include information inside your parcel with your contact details so we know who we are receiving the items from. Please ensure you read through our consignment terms and conditions, complete the consignment agreement form and adhere to our guidelines.

All rural and remote customers will need to arrange their own shipping. Please select Cleanout Kit Only and we will post a Cleanout Kit to you. You will then need to pack your clothes and arrange shipping.

We do not list or sell mens clothing.

We don’t accept items that have signs of damage or heavy use. But we do have a partnership with Upparel for you to recycle your well loved threads! If you book a recycling collection with Upparel, we will reward you with a $25 voucher to spend at Reluv. The booking must be made through the Reluv x Upparel booking page.

Your shipping label enables you to send up to 10kgs of clothing. 10 kgs is approximately 20 – 25 items of clothing.

Reluv reserves the right to adjust the price of your item if it does not sell after 12 weeks of listing. If your items do not sell after 9 months we may return the items to you or donate them to one of our charity partners, depending on the preference you indicate on the consignment agreement form.
