Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Due to the uncertain nature of the Australian supply chain industry since the pandemic as well as the recent spate of flooding, bushfire and other events beyond anyone's control, there will be times that there are unexpected delays in the delivery of your parcel/s

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For most destinations and orders shipping starts at $9.95 across Australia. If your parcel has large or heavy items, this could add an extra small charge to your shipping
and for remote destinations, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

In-store pickup
We currently do not offer in-store pick up

Orders shipped by Sendle or Standard Australia Parcel Post are usually delivered within 2 – 7 business days from date of dispatch.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to New Zealand, USA and UK. however if you are shopping from outside Australia we suggest you ocnatct us so we can calculate an exact shipping price for you, please contact us HERE for assistance in shipping to your country.

How do I check the status of my order?
Your order has a shipping status on it, please check your order fulfilment notification in your inbox for tracking. We use Sendle and Australia Post for delivery depending on your location. If you selected a PO Box, your order will be shipped by Australia Post.


When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us HERE with your name, email address and order.
