Selling Guidelines

Here are a few tips to get the most out of your Reluv experience.

• Current fashion-forward or older timeless pieces sell the best
• Our preference is for brands that are well-known in Australia.
• Clothes must be in top condition and either new with tags, near new, or gently used.
• Select vintage pieces may also be accepted.
• High-end designer items eg Louis Vuitton, Dolce and Gabbana, and Prada, must come with proof of purchase to ensure they are authentic
• Any items not accepted for sale will be returned to you at your cost, or you can opt to donate these garments to one of our charity partners.

Reluv only accepts women’s items including

Clothing

Handbags, totes, clutches, and wallets.

Shoes, sandals, and boots

Accessories including belts, scarves, beanies

Items must be:

• Clean and freshly laundered clothes
• Void of stains, marks, and dirt
• Without excessive wear – no fading, pilling, holes, or tears.
• Free of odour, perfume, or pet hair
• With brand and size label attached.
• All fasteners (zips, snaps, buttons, ties) must be present and in good working condition.

Please be aware there are some brands we do not accept. Please check our list before packing your items.
Sorting Tips
When you do the big sort, here are some helpful questions
Have I worn it in the last 12 months?
Do I love the way it looks on me?
Does it fit?
Would I wear it again?
Would it give someone else joy?
Packing and Shipping
Your shipping label covers up to 10kgs of clothes.
As an indication 20 – 25 garments weigh 10kgs.
Once your clothes are sorted, pack them into the bag provided and drop them at your nearest drop-off point.
We use Sendle and Australia Post for freight depending on your location.
If you have an Australia Post label, you can drop it into any Australia Post shop

If you are arranging your own shipping please ensure you include the Clean Out Kit Form in your parcel
