Terms & Conditions:
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to Reluv Clothing. The "Prize" refers to winning a store credit gift card of $300.
By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. This giveaway opens at 6:00pm AEDT on Wednesday 5th June 2024 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Sunday 23rd June 2024 (Promotion Period).
The draw will take place on Monday 24th June 2024 by 5pm AEDT at Reluv’s Head Office in Moorabbin, Victoria. The draw will not take place publicly. The winning entrant will be notified by email (to the email addresses registered with the Promoter) on the same date. The winner must claim their Prize by responding via email by Monday 1st July 2024.
The giveaway is open to email subscribers and residents of Australia and New Zealand only.
No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.
Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.
Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.
Instagram or Facebook are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition, nor are the individuals featured in the giveaway campaign creative assets.
To enter the giveaway, each entrant is required to be signed up to our newsletter and create an account with Reluv. Each entrant must curate their Wishlist after logging in. The entrant is eligible to win a store credit gift card of $300 which will be valid for three years from 24th June 2024 to 24th June 2027.
The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Reluv’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
