Brand Acceptability - We only accept clothing from trusted brands that manufacture quality products. This ensures long term durability of the garment you buy.
Hygiene - We request that sellers send in clean clothes that have been freshly laundered. We spot clean any surface dirt marks and every garment is steam cleaned on arrival at our warehouse to remove odor, bacteria and allergens.
Quality Assurance - We check that each garment is in good condition free of wear and tear including holes, stretching or pilling.
Colour Vibrance - We check each garment for colour vibrance, signs of fading, staining or any marks
Sizing and Measurement - To assist with size and fit we provide individual measurements for each item. Where measurements appear inconsistent with the label we provide size estimates against standard Australian sizing.
Condition Grading - All garments are assigned a condition. This may be:
> New with Tags- it still has the tags attached and never been worn)
> New Without tags- it's been sitting in someones wardrobe and never been washed or worn.
> Like New- the garment has been worn once or twice only and is in excellent condition.
> Gently Used- the garment has been loved by someone else but is in good condition with no significant signs of wear or tear.
Authenticity - We check designer and high end products against authenticity requirements for each brand to ensure you receive genuine and authentic brands only!
